By using Data vault you can share your stored file with any person with expire time and password. If you set expire time then link will be disable after your set time. If you set password then no one can access link without password.

there are multi user group system admin and normal user. admin can create user and set space limit for every user. user get an notification mail for activity, shared file, create file or folder, change file or folder, delete file or folder.
